CASE STUDY: ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES IN INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS BY SE PREDAJ

SE Predaj made the decision to help five different industries, ŽOS Trnava Slovenské, KINEX, Kerkosand spol. s.r.o., COOP VOZ, a.s., Strümsfs s.r.o., improve their energy efficiency and lighting conditions, thus reducing energy consumption and its associated costs. To that end, these industries, with the help of SE Predaj, have changed their lighting systems, replacing them with LED lights. Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) financing scheme was used to implement these measures. This form of financing is advantageous as clients do not have to pay the whole amount of investment at the beginning, because the projects are gradually repaid by energy savings resulting from measures implemented.
